I believe strength is more than muscle, success is more than a label, and relationships are more than just a number.
I grew up in Iraq during chaos and war, but even more impactful than the war was the home I grew up in.
On the outside, it looked great, with highly achieving parents who are the reason for much of my success. My mom is everything to me, and both of my parents tried their best. But inside, there were deep emotional conflicts.
That tension shaped me more than any outside conflict ever could.
Those unmet emotional needs led me on a journey through both positive and negative paths. But one commitment I hold above all: I refuse to live a double life. I’ve seen firsthand the damage it creates.
For me, integrity isn’t about pretending, it’s about results that are real, measurable, and lasting that I am happy with. I track progress clearly, but not for validation. I do it out of self-respect.
I’ve been blessed to work with people in ways that go beyond training their bodies. I’ve been part of their lives as they overcome emotional blockages, build discipline, and find clarity. If you’re looking for more than surface-level change, you’re in the right place.
I used to wear an undershirt under every t-shirt so I wouldn’t feel embarrassed about my body. That pain created the urge to study strength training and behavior change until I transformed myself. Today, I help others build confidence and discipline through fitness.
For years, I resented religions cause most people claimed religion were hypocrites. I lived for validation, distractions, and surface-level success. Spiritually, I felt empty. My biggest transformation was finding clarity and peace through honest connection to god. People are variable, life is finite, souls are eternal... This gave me structure and direction in life to be prepared for whats next.
For years, I lived with secrets, confusion, and emotional blockages. I was disconnected even from the people closest to me. At 29, I finally opened up, shared the truth, and built a deeper relationship with my family — especially with my mom. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but also the most freeing. Now I help others overcome the same walls and find clarity through overcoming emotional blockage.
I earned my engineering degree in Iraq, but when I moved abroad it was difficult to practice in my field. At the same time, I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and realized there’s more to life than just logic. I started testing different paths: I tried fitness training, I explored real estate after being denied housing, and I began experimenting with marketing and building a brand. Each attempt was full of struggles, but each one gave me a piece of freedom, creativity, and impact. Those trials shaped me into an entrepreneur who builds systems not just for business, but for life.
Here are some transformations I went through through out the years.
Hungry → Healthy
I used to think health was only about how I looked. I chased the image instead of the discipline. Now I see health as a way of self respect, and respecting the one body that I am entrusted to maintain.
Hardened → Heartful
I once rejected faith due to the sexual identity and others judgment, so I chased distractions, and freedom, yet still felt empty inside. I found peace when I aligned my heart with Allah and stopped listening to people.
Popular → Present
I lived for attention, popularity, and validation from the wrong people while not being truly connected with the people I love. Today I choose presence, and real connection with people who matter most.
Profit → Purpose
I once chased money and success with no meaning. Now I align my work with purpose, and I want to build businesses and brands that serve others and reward me financially..
I’ve been blessed to work with people who let me be part of their lives, not just helping them train their bodies, but finding breakthroughs.
I collaborate with those who value truth over trends and depth over appearances. Whether it’s one-on-one, in a group setting, or through partnerships with aligned brands, my focus is always the same: to create real results.
